Keep your eyes out for Goldfinches the most colorful and attractive birds in the garden.  Their red face, yellow wings with black tips, allow them to be a colorful show in the gardening world.  They are becoming more common in the garden, being attracted to sunflowers and bird feeders.  They visit the bird feeders in spring when food is scarce.
