Within Canada Vancouver is known for its early spring. This year however seems to be slower than usual with unexpected snow and cool temperatures and we are almost in mid - march. Hopefully this week will be the last cool week and spring will begin soon. The Vancouver Cherry Blossom Festival begins soon, hopefully with some blooms available.
