Now that the hustle and bustle of the holiday season is over we can get back to the subtle excitement of the natural world. I get such a sense of hope when the first snowdrops start to appear and I begin to dream of the fresh green leaves and spring flowers that encourage me out of my winter hibernation.
Those of us who have done the groundwork and prepared a new garden last year can relax and look forward to a spring full of bursting growth and colour. If you didn’t get around to reviving your tired garden last year, now is the perfect time to start planning so ground can be broken as soon as possible. The sooner you engage a garden designer and begin the planning of your oasis, the sooner you can start enjoying it!
